Settlement of Mirza Muhammad and Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah with Mirza Muhammad Hasan, 1911
Settlement of Mirza Muhammad, son of Haj Mirza Yahya, and Aqa Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah, son of Mirza ʻAli Naqi Mulla Bashi, with Haj Mirza Muhammad Hasan, known as Darmiyani, son of Haj Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Darmiyani, exchanging a fruit shop located at Bid Abad Bazar for two hundred and sixty-seven tumans. They also settled fifty mans [unit of weight] of white wheat from Isfahan for ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy and one hundred dinars. These settlements were based on the will of Hajiyah Baygum, daughter of Mirza Fath Allah Khan and wife of Haj Mirza Muhsin.

Settlement between Baygum, Mirza Muhammad, and Mashhadi Asad Allah, 1911
After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a problem handling the related ceremonies. So, Baygum, daughter of Nayib Ibrahim, transferred ninety tumans to Mirza Muhammad, son of the late Haji ‘Abd Allah, and his son, Mashhadi Asad Allah, in exchange for one hundred dinars and some wheat. The condition was that they spend this money, with approval of Karbalayi Yad Allah, son of the late Karbalayi Husayn, for ta‘ziyah and other ceremonies.

Managing Mirza ‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1916
After the death of Mirza ‘Ali Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim Khan Mu‘tamad, and the testimony of his brothers (with Mulla Mirza Ahmad Shaykh al-Islam's presence), regarding the absence of a male heir, his properties were divided amongst his wives and daughters, and the management of the rest of his properties was assigned to his older brother, Mirza Muhammad Riza Vazir. Now, after one year, because of Mirza Muhammad Riza's illness, this responsibility is transferred to his brother, Mirza ‘Abd al-Ghaffar Khan Mu‘tamad al-Iyalah.

Settlement and Will of Bibi Zahra Khanum, 1914
Will of Bibi Zahra, dated February 13, 1914: Bibi Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Haji Ismaʻil, settled all her properties and belongings with Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, for 100 dinars. It was also settled that for fifty years from that date, if Bibi Zahra Khanum is alive, her living expenses should be paid, and upon her death, 40 tumans are to be spent upon: a memorial ceremony (costing 20 tumans), prayers and fasts, and to pay her debts and those of her late son, Aqa Muhammad Husayn. Sulayman's complaint regarding his wife's share of inheritance, 1919
Sulayman (the son of Haji Baba Muhammad'uf), the merchant of Russian nationality and resident of Istanbul, writes to the Russian consulate in Tabriz regarding the breach of his late wife (Sughra Khanum)'s right of inheritance. The inheritance of Najaf Muhammad'uf (Sughra Khanum's father) was divided among his other children, Muhsin, Mahmud, and Sariyah Khanum, as well as Haji Javad, Sariyah Khanum's husband and the executor of her will. Mashhadi Habib, the son of the late Husayn ‘Amu, appoints his younger brother, Ni‘mat, as the executor of his will and Karbalayi ‘Askar, the son of ‘Ali Pasha, as the overseer while he [Mashhadi Habib] travels to Karbalaʼ. They are responsible for giving ten mans [unit of area] of his share of a garden to his wife, Munavvar, as her mahr. A third of his belongings should be in Ni‘mat's hands for use on khums, the payment of his debts, ta‘ziyah, and charity.
